The Langley Rugby Club (LRC) is now accepting applications for the position of Head Coach for our Division 1 Women’s Team for the upcoming season.

 

This role is a key leadership position within our club and offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the continued growth, performance, and culture of women’s rugby at LRC. We are seeking a coach who is not only technically strong, but who is deeply committed to athlete development, empowerment, and fostering an inclusive, high-performance environment where women can thrive.

 

Required Qualifications

 

• Proven experience coaching women and/or junior girls

• World Rugby Level 1 Coaching Certification, with a commitment to complete Level 2 within one year of appointment (depending on course availability and with support available through LRC)

• Prior head coaching experience

• Up-to-date Criminal Record Check

• A demonstrated ability to lead, inspire, and uphold a positive, growth-focused women’s culture aligned with LRC values
